Refund Policy

Free trial
Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with no card required. Cancel inside the trial and nothing is charged.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Partial months are not refunded.
Yearly plans
Yearly subscriptions may be refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days. After 30 days they are non-refundable but can be downgraded at renewal.
Add-ons and services
One-time services (custom plan engineering, data migration, design) are non-refundable once work has started.
24-hour launch guarantee
If your workspace is not technically live within 24 hours of signup for reasons on our side, your first month is free.
