Terms of Service

1. The service
DIRSL provides a hosted software platform for operating direct-selling and network-marketing programs. DIRSL does not operate, sponsor or endorse any customer's program.
2. Customer responsibility
You are solely responsible for the legality of your compensation plan, products and marketing in every jurisdiction where you operate, and for obtaining required licences.
3. Prohibited programs
Programs with no genuine product or service, programs paying primarily for recruitment, and unlicensed investment schemes are prohibited. DIRSL may suspend any tenant for compliance reasons.
4. Fees
Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Transaction fees are deducted from payouts. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Data
You own your data. DIRSL processes it to provide the service under the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
