Overview

What a unilevel plan really is.

Unilevel is the cleanest compensation plan in the industry. Every distributor can sponsor an unlimited number of people on their first level (frontline), and those people sponsor their own frontline, forming level 2, level 3 and so on. There is no forced placement and no spillover: your organisation is exactly who you and your team enrolled.

Commissions are a percentage of the volume generated on each level, usually five to ten levels deep. Because the percentages are fixed per level, unilevel is extremely transparent and easy to model, which is why it is the default plan for consumable products, subscriptions and services. Rank advancement typically unlocks more paid levels and higher percentages.

On DIRSL, unilevel includes dynamic compression (inactive members are skipped so active leaders are not penalised), infinity bonuses beyond the last paid level, and fast-start bonuses for new enrolments.

How it works

Step by step.

1

Sponsor your frontline

Every person you enrol is on your level 1. There is no limit.

2

Levels form naturally

Your level-1 members enrol people who become your level 2, and so on down to the plan's maximum paid depth.

3

Volume is tallied per level

At cycle close the engine sums the BV generated on each level of your organisation.

4

Percentages are applied

Level 1 × 10%, level 2 × 5%, level 3 × 5%… Each level has its own rate, which can increase with rank.

5

Compression and infinity

Inactive members are compressed out so the next active person moves up. Beyond the last level, leaders earn an infinity bonus until the next leader of equal rank.

FAQ

Questions about this plan.

Typically 5 to 10. DIRSL lets you define the depth per rank so new members see fewer levels and leaders see more.

When a member is inactive, they are skipped during the commission calculation and everyone below them moves up a level for that run. It protects leaders from inactive gaps.

No. Unilevel frontlines are unlimited by definition.

Add up the level percentages (e.g. 25%) plus bonuses. DIRSL's simulator shows total payout as a % of company volume before you go live.

Use the infinity bonus. It pays a small percentage on all depth below the last paid level until it hits a leader of equal rank.

Yes, it is the standard plan for insurance, telecom, utilities and SaaS referral programs.
